Acutech Document Solutions offers warantee based on what is offered by the manufacturer of all products we sell. We will assist you in this process whenever possible. There are times with certain manufacturers that they only allow the end user to make a warantee claim once the product has been delivered and use has begun. Simply call us at 800-788-0661 if you have any questions regarding a return or warantee of a product you purchased. We accept all major credit cards for payment. We only ship products that we sell within the United States. We DO NOT ship products outside of the United States at this time.
